Fabrice Demichel, Co-Founder and CEO
Fabrice is a 1992 graduate of France's "Ecole des Mines" School of Engineering. He co-founded AXSMarine in 2000 after working for six years in derivatives marketing (fixed income and commodities, NatWest Markets). In addition to his native French, Fabrice speaks English and Spanish.

Olivier Vigneron, CTO and COO
Olivier graduated in 1995 with a degree in computer science and artificial intelligence. He worked for Bureau Veritas and then Barry Rogliano Salles, before joining AXSMarine when the company was created. He has been in charge of the technical development and production of AXS since then. In addition to his native French, Olivier speaks English.

Stephen Fletcher, Commercial Director
Steve joined AXSMarine in February 2006. He brings twenty years' experience in maritime operation, logistics & supply chain management, most recently at International Assets Systems and Transamerica Leasing. In addition to his native United Kingdom, he has lived and worked in the United States, Australia, and Brazil. Stephen speaks English and Portuguese.
